Based in the Atlanta area since 1971, Post Properties is a developer and operator of multifamily communities.
Post Properties came to IQ looking to breathe new life into a stagnating brand. They had the primary objective of positioning themselves as a high-end brand without alienating Millennial renters in urban markets.
We transformed a decades-old logo, as well as the entire brand, into something more modern and timeless.
The new Post Properties logo design pays homage to the original red tulip logo. The angular simplicity of the new design conveys both elegance and strength. A more modern updated typeface appeals to today's younger consumers, while a hidden 'p' reveals itself to the more perceptive viewer. Sub-brands Post Hope and Post Eco-Active also incorporated the new look.
Updated collateral redefined the meaning of the Post experience.
Outdoor signage received a simplified aesthetic for every property. A new tagline "Living in the Moments" elevated the branding of the properties to be more about the community.
Development of a responsive, search-driven website is in progress.
Soon after the rebranding, Post Properties was purchased by MAA properties for $3.9 billion. We like to think that the acquisition had something to do with the new look. The parent company is very happy with the new brand standards and plans to keep everything "as-is" for the forseeable future.
